Terms of Use

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

These Terms govern use of the TriedFlow website and the invitation-only TriedFlow service operated by Tafech Floors of Texas LLC.

Last updated November 5, 2026.

01 · Agreement and eligibility

These Terms apply to the website and service

TriedFlow is operated by Tafech Floors of Texas LLC. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and use TriedFlow for an authorized business purpose. If you accept these Terms for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any separate written order or service agreement between TriedFlow and your company govern your use. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the subject it addresses.

02 · The service

A company workspace for flooring operations

TriedFlow connects customer, lead, estimate, material, project, invoice, payment-history, scheduling, installation, and closeout work for flooring companies. Optional tools and provider connections are available only when configured, admitted, and enabled for a company.

TriedFlow is currently an invitation-only private preview. Public self-service company signup is closed. TriedFlow may add, change, limit, pause, or remove preview features as the product develops, while handling company records according to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable written agreement.

03 · Company accounts

Authorized users and role-based access

Each company is responsible for choosing its authorized users, assigning appropriate roles, maintaining accurate account information, protecting sign-in and recovery access, and promptly removing access that is no longer authorized. Users must not share credentials or attempt to enter another company's workspace.

A company is responsible for activity by the users it authorizes. TriedFlow may rely on a verified company Owner for workspace configuration, user access, provider connections, and company-controlled records. Other users may act only within their expressly assigned workspace permissions.

04 · Company data

The company keeps its rights in its business records

The customer company keeps its rights in customer records, documents, catalog content, photos, and other information it or its users provide to TriedFlow. The company grants TriedFlow the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, back up, and support that information for the service the company requests. This permission does not transfer ownership of company data.

The company and its users are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of company data and for having authority to collect, use, and provide it. They must give required notices and obtain required permissions for communications, advertising, payments, employee information, photos, and other regulated activity.

TriedFlow's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Access, export, correction, deletion, retention, backup, and legal-hold requests are handled subject to applicable law, the Privacy Policy, company authority, technical limitations, and required business or audit records.

05 · Connected providers

Optional services keep their own rules

A verified company Owner may choose to connect a third-party provider such as Google. Where company policy permits it, an eligible user may connect only that user's own personal calendar. The account holder and company must have authority to connect the selected account and resources and remain responsible for provider terms, customer disclosures, consent, and account settings.

Provider permissions can be broader than the actions TriedFlow performs. Review each consent screen and feature disclosure before connecting. Disconnecting in TriedFlow may stop new work and clear saved credentials without deleting completed history or revoking access at the provider.

Connected providers are independent services with their own terms, privacy practices, eligibility rules, availability, fees, and account decisions. TriedFlow does not control them and does not guarantee provider performance, advertising results, lead volume, account approval, or uninterrupted access.

06 · Private preview

Preview access does not promise general availability

Preview access does not promise a public launch date, uninterrupted service, or a service-level agreement. TriedFlow may perform maintenance, correct defects, and change preview workflows. When reasonably practical, TriedFlow will communicate material changes that affect an invited company's use.

A feature shown in documentation, product plans, or a preview is not available merely because it is described. Provider features remain subject to product readiness, company configuration, provider eligibility, consent, and any required review.

07 · Acceptable use

Use TriedFlow lawfully and within the company's authority

You must not:

  • Access another company's workspace, credentials, or records.
  • Bypass identity, role, company, payment, security, or provider controls.
  • Upload malware or disrupt, probe, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Use TriedFlow for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
  • Send communications or advertising without required consent and disclosures.
  • Reverse engineer or copy protected service components except where law permits.
  • Resell or sublicense the service unless a written agreement permits it.

08 · Fees and cancellation

Commercial terms come from the company's written arrangement

TriedFlow does not currently offer public self-service subscription signup through this website. If an invited company receives paid access, its prices, currency, taxes, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, credits, refunds, and payment terms are the terms shown in its separate order or written agreement. These Terms do not create an automatic renewal or payment authorization by themselves.

09 · Ownership

Product rights and company content

TriedFlow and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and service improvements. Except for the limited rights expressly provided by these Terms or a written agreement, no intellectual-property or trademark license is granted.

A company must have the rights needed for content it places in TriedFlow. It must not upload material that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

10 · Suspension and termination

Access may be limited to protect the service and its users

TriedFlow may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent unlawful or abusive use, comply with law or provider requirements, respond to a material breach, or address an immediate risk to people, data, or the service. When practical, TriedFlow will give the company notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

A company may stop using TriedFlow, subject to any separate written agreement. Account closure, record export, deletion, credential revocation, and retained business, audit, backup, or legal records are handled according to the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and the company's written arrangement.

11 · Disclaimers and liability

Reasonable limits for a preview service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIEDFLOW IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TRIEDFLOW DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIEDFLOW AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE THE LAW PROHIBITS THEM.

12 · Changes and general terms

Updates will be posted with a new date

TriedFlow may update these Terms as the service, law, or provider requirements change. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective or last-updated date. When reasonably required, TriedFlow will give company Owners additional notice of material changes. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the updated Terms.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without TriedFlow's written consent. TriedFlow may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.
